Our client base is concentrated in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but spreads across the country and even globally. The firm’s clients consists of over 2,200 closely-held businesses, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations, but no publicly-traded companies.
PBGW is a member of Jeffreys Henry International (JHI), a leading international association for independent business advisors, financial consulting, and accounting firms. Our membership allows us to share our knowledge and expertise with, as well as draw on the knowledge and expertise of, more than 80 other member firms worldwide.
With over 40 experienced personnel, including 16 CPAs, an attorney, a certified financial planner, a certified fraud examiner, and a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, PBGW’s success is built on helping our clients succeed. Our services include accounting services; auditing; tax preparation and planning; business consulting, including succession planning; litigation support, including investigative accounting, business valuations, and intangible asset valuations; IT consulting and support; and payroll preparation, including payroll tax reporting.

Company History
Our firm has been serving the tri-state area for more than 55 years. We were previously known in the community as Niessen, Dunlap & Pritchard, but after a reorganization in 1999, the majority of the senior shareholders from NDP began operating under the new name of Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison. Our client base is concentrated in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but spreads across the country and even globally.
