Description
Business Analyst-Compliance or Risk Management - Trading vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for compliance solutions
- Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining how solutions meet business needs
- Evaluate different solutions and technologies to determine which best meets organisational needs
- Plan data integration from existing core banking and order entry/trading systems
- Design, develop and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
- Develop change management plans to minimise disruptions during implementation
- Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets the business requirements and works as
expected - Collaborate with end-users to perform UAT and identify any defects or issues.
- At least 7 years of experience in project delivery in a compliance or regulatory environment
- Strong Banking experience with focus on Compliance or Risk Management
- Proficient Business Analysis skills and experience in Business Process Modelling
- Knowledge in Personal Account Trading and Employee Compliance related topics
- Language skills: English fluent,German nice to have
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Team-oriented approach with ability to collaborate with diverse experts
