Position Summary:

This position reports to the Director of Government Sales Administration and will lead a team of Reporting Developers, Analysts, and Senior Contract Compliance Managers. The team is responsible for meeting the reporting and data needs of our Government Customers and Government Sales Administration Team. The team is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all deliverables and requirements within all MMS Government Contracts, VA/GSA Federal Supply Schedules, DAPA, ECAT and broad Government Regulations. Manager will own the development & ongoing management of cross-functional, end to end SOPs to enhance our compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee special and, at times, highly sensitive projects under privilege.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Development and Automation: Leads of team of reporting developers tasked with meeting the data needs of internal and external customers. In this role, the Manager is responsible for meeting the needs of individual customers, along with identifying reports and tools that would benefit McKesson overall. In addition, the manager must ensure that the team is aligned with McKesson IT on data governance and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Data Analysts: The Government Reporting analytics team is designed to meet the data requirements and contractual deadlines of our contractual customers and ad-hoc requests for non-contractual customers and sales team. The Manager ensure timely execution of reporting requirements, internal auditing, proper documentation of SOP's and procedures and the accuracy and consistency in reporting offerings across the Government Business.
  • Contract Compliance Management: The Contract Compliance Management Team is responsible for overseeing the management of our contractual documentation, contract inventory, contract matrices and adhering to our contract audit SOP. The Manager is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive SOP & compliance plan is documented and executed consistently and the results are properly analyzed and communicated. The Manager must also ensure that action plans and continuous process improvement is implemented for any identified gaps to include working with E1/SFDC developers to capture Contract Data by Customer within our systems for needed visibility
  • Hire, Train and Develop Team Members
  • Actively participate in Government Sales Administration & Government Solutions (MMSGS) Leadership Meetings and Projects
  • Special Projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience

Critical Skills
  • Candidate must have strong technical acumen and have the ability/desire to learn & train others on advanced analytical tools, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau and other data visualization tools
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
  • Strong level of understanding/writing Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to solve problems; experience analyzing and reporting on large data sets
  • Ability to understand & apply Government Compliance requirements to process/reporting development
  • Experienced with Visual Workflow diagrams and implementing/oversight of cross-functional processes
  • Demonstrated Management/Leadership Skills in building a successful team environment
  • Experiencing working within a high energy and fast paced position and must be able to handle change quickly and adapt accordingly
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, highly organized and able to track/own multiple projects and priorities and meet all required deadlines.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4 year degree strongly preferred
